The importance of having responsive emails to adapt to your subscribers’ screen resolution is high. Have you noticed that 86%, on average, are seeing your newsletters on a smartphone? If you notice your email marketing analytics, it shows your subscribers’ devices to access your newsletter.
In that case, you may have noticed that most of your users are using a smartphone to access your newsletter. If that’s the case and you are still using static email coding, you are not leveraging your email newsletter’s potentials. So it would be best if you revamped to more responsiveness on your email coding quickly.
Responsive Emails for Mobile Subscribers is Crucial
Of course, in a previous interview with Jenna, we have discussed AMP for email. It’s even a more interesting approach to the future. However, if you have an email newsletter that is adequate for every screen resolution, it’s already a big step. And you are going to see the results of using that.
If you didn’t notice, more than 50% of the subscribers that see an email that’s not formatting correctly on their smartphone, in three seconds, they will erase the email or go forward to the next email.
So they are not caring about the formatting of your email. They’re just going to the next one or delete your newsletter. So it’s a huge mistake you are making if you are not using a responsive email newsletter.
Even for your daily emails or marketing automation emails, you need to use the smartphone resolution or at least some kind of coding on your email that can adapt to each screen resolution. It’s very important for you to take a hand on this because you are not getting all of the return that you could do on your email marketing.
Have a Responsive Email for your Marketing
It’s not that complicated to have a responsive email. There is a lot of resources out there. You can buy a template or hire a developer to make an excellent custom code for you. And it’s just a matter of you adapting your content to that template or just hiring a service that can help you adapt everything you have right now in the company to every screen resolution of your subscribers.
You are giving a better experience for your users. It’s imperative for them to really enjoy the experience of getting a newsletter from you. And if they are not getting an excellent resolution or formatting visual of your email on their smartphone in three seconds, they will delete it or pass it along to the next email.
